A clear 6 × 4 ft area near a standard electrical outlet is enough for our foldable treatment bed, ring light, and artist stool. Living rooms, guest bedrooms, and enclosed air-conditioned sunrooms work well.
Why does my air conditioning need to be set between 68–72 °F?
Medical cyanoacrylate lash adhesive cures via ambient humidity and temperature. Keeping your indoor AC between 68–72 °F (20–22 °C) prevents flash-curing and delivers 3 to 4 weeks of clean retention.
How do I prepare my eyes and lashes before you arrive?
Arrive at your treatment bed with clean, makeup-free eyes—no waterproof mascara, strip-lash glue, or oil-based serums for 24 hours prior. Remove contact lenses before lying down.
Can you fill eyelash extensions applied by another salon?
Yes, if the existing extensions are properly isolated without clumped bases or damage and at least 40% remain. If neighboring lashes are glued together, we recommend a gentle 30-minute cream removal ($35) followed by a fresh full set.
How does the 25% deposit and 24-hour reschedule policy work?
A 25% deposit via Zelle holds your mobile dispatch window and is credited in full toward your service total. You may move your appointment once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
What is the difference between Volume (3D–5D) and Russian Volume (6D–10D)?
Standard Volume uses 0.05 mm fibers in 3 to 5 lash fans for a soft, fluffy finish. Russian Volume uses ultra-fine 0.03 mm fibers wrapped in 6 to 10 lash micro-fans around each natural lash for dense, dark glamour that still weighs less than a single classic fiber.
